I attended a high-end two day event where a photographer was brought in to capture each person speaking. He asked us to share a funny story and of course, pretend he wasn’t there. One by one everyone shared a humorous story and my turn was next. I could feel the anxiety rising as I am a story-teller and couldn’t think of a funny story. …

As for me, I got to tell my funny story and the photographer got his shots. Stories are all around us. We just have to watch for them. The key to creating a great story is to observe the lessons that are learned through conflict. Every great story has conflict.

Enjoy the 20/20 journey,
